Transformative Experiences Designed for Change
In a world where conversations shape the future, the right conference isn’t just an event—it’s an experience that drives action. Agency specializes in curating high-impact, thought-provoking conferences designed to spark dialogue, challenge norms, and inspire lasting change.
These immersive, thought-provoking events continue to push the boundaries, providing cultural leaders with platforms to exchange ideas and challenge conventions- driving meaningful change in the museum field and in cultural communities.
Our pop-ups offer intensive, focused environments where the future of exhibitions is discussed, experienced, and inspired. Full-day events feature panels, workshops, and formal presentations, complemented by behind-the-scenes tours. Half-day events are dynamic learning experiences centered around shared experiences, concluding with dinner or happy hour for further reflection and idea integration.
Our multi-day conferences provide an unparalleled opportunity for cultural leaders, museum professionals, and creative disruptors to engage in deep, sustained dialogue on the most pressing issues in the field. These gatherings are designed to foster collaboration, challenge conventional narratives, and develop actionable strategies that shape the future of museums and cultural institutions.
Each conference is carefully curated to offer a blend of keynote presentations, panel discussions, hands-on workshops, and site visits. Participants engage in thought-provoking conversations, explore case studies, and contribute to forward-thinking solutions that drive institutional change.
Bringing together international experts, our conferences create a truly global forum for cultural exchange. Attendees engage with leading voices in museum innovation, decolonization, and digital transformation, expanding their networks and perspectives in ways that extend beyond the event itself.

In 2024, Agency organized an afternoon at The British Library for the ICOM’s International Committee for Exhibitions. Following the tour, over 30 museum and cultural leaders gathered for a happy hour hosted by Nomad Exhibitions, continuing the dialogue on exhibition challenges and the future of cultural storytelling.
